I tried the same sites with a laptop: on wifi no problem, on ethernet no problem.

Restrictions setting won’t allow safari to load web pages normally. So make sure the restrictions are turned off and it is not causing the problem. Head to settings; Tap General; Now tap on Restrictions and then allowed contents. Choose All websites in the allowed websites section. This might solve the problem. MTU 1472 for Wi-Fi worked for me, left all others at 1500! Odd that our cell phones, Android TV box, smart TV, etc. have no issues loading web pages with wifi, only this desktop’s wifi connection had an issue. I downloaded it yesterday but today I could not load any web pages. So I tried a repair and it seemed to work, but only once, so I tried it again and still no web pages would load. Thanks for your help. I mentioned above that Chrome was not freezing, it just wouldn't load any web pages. After following your link it appears to be related to the CryptSvc. If I stop or restart that service, I can use Chrome without any issues.Hopefully, this bug with 1803 will be addressed soon.
